dc.description.abstract	Η συγκεκριμένη διπλωματική έχει στόχο να συγκρίνει και να αξιολογήσει δύο διαφορετικές μεθόδους κατασκευής ενός κτηρίου συναρτήσει του χρόνου και του κόστους. Για την μελέτη αυτή λαμβάνονται υπόψη και συγκρίνονται οι προϋπολογισμοί για την περάτωση του έργου/οικοδομής όπως αυτοί προκύπτουν από την κοστολόγηση βάσει του Αναλυτικού Τιμολογίου Οικοδομικών Έργων (Α.Τ.Ο.Ε.) συγκριτικά με την κοστολόγηση με βάση προσφορές προμηθευτών εμπορικών καταστημάτων. Πρόκειται για νέα εξαώροφη οικοδομή επί pilotis με υπόγειο και απόληξη κλιμακοστασίου στην περιοχή του Δήμου Πειραιά και η οποία εμπίπτει στην κατηγορία της συνεχούς δόμησης σύμφωνα με τα ορισμένα κατά την Πολεοδομία. Καθώς η στάθμη θεμελίωσης θα καθοριστεί από την επίβλεψη ανάλογα με τις συνθήκες εδάφους που θα συναντηθούν, συμφωνήθηκε με τον επιβλέποντα καθηγητή να θεωρηθεί ίση με μηδέν (0) για τις ανάγκες της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας. Μέσα από την διερεύνηση των σχετικών μελετών, την πραγματοποίηση αναλυτικής προμέτρησης, την κοστολόγηση βάσει του Αναλυτικών Τιμολογίων αλλά και των προσφορών που συλλέχθηκαν από εμπορικά καταστήματα του κλάδου πραγματοποιήθηκε η παρακάτω συγκριτική ανάλυση της κατασκευής μεταξύ των μεθόδων της συμβατικής και της βαριάς προκατασκευής	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	This specific thesis aims to compare and evaluate two different construction methods of a building in terms of time and cost. In this work the estimated budget for the construction of the building is calculated according to the detailed BOQs and the relevant prices defined by the national legislation. Specifically, it considers and compares the budgets for the completion of the project/building as derived from the cost estimation based on the Detailed Construction Billing Invoice issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure, compared to the cost estimation based on suppliers' quotations from commercial stores. The building under consideration is a new six-story construction on pilotis with a basement and stairwell termination, located in the Municipality of Piraeus, falling under the category of continuous construction according to the regulations of the Urban Planning Authority. As the foundation level will be determined by supervision depending on the ground conditions encountered, it was agreed with the supervising professor to be considered equal to zero (0) for the purposes of this thesis. Through the exploration of relevant studies, detailed measurement analysis, cost estimation based on the Construction Billing Invoice (provided by the relevant authorities) and collected quotations from commercial stores, the following comparative analysis between the Conventional and Precast Method of the construction was conducted.	el
