dc.description.abstract	Αφετηρία της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας αποτέλεσε η επανάχρηση και αποκατάσταση των βιομηχανικών κτιρίων και ο τρόπος με τον οποίο εντάσσεται μια νέα χρήση σε ένα βιομηχανικό κέλυφος με σεβασμό στην ιστορία και την ιδιαίτερη αρχιτεκτονική του. Αρχικά, μελετώνται οι όροι της βιομηχανικής κληρονομιάς και αρχαιολογίας, ακολουθεί μια ανάλυση σχετικά με το βαθμό επέμβασης στα βιομηχανικά κελύφη, ενώ έπειτα παρουσιάζονται παραδείγματα επανάχρησης βιομηχανικών κτιρίων από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό. Ακολουθεί η μελέτη του επιλεγμένου κτιρίου και ο σχεδιασμός του που καλείται να εντάξει μέσα στο χώρο την ιδέα των κύβων σε συνδυασμό με τη διαφάνεια. Τέλος, σημαντικό ρόλο διαδραματίζει η διατήρηση πολλών βιομηχανικών στοιχείων του κτιρίου σε συνδυασμό με την πρόσθεση νέων υλικών και υφών που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για να ολοκληρώσουν τη νέα ιδέα και χρήση που θα στεγάσει το κτίριο με σεβασμό πάντα στο παρελθόν του.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	The starting point of this thesis was the reuse and restoration of industrial buildings and the way in which a new use is integrated into an industrial shell with respect to its history and special architecture. First of all, the terms of industrial heritage and archeology are studied and followed by an analysis of the degree of intervention in industrial shells. Secondly, there are examples of reuse of industrial buildings from Greece and abroad. At the same time there is a study of the selected building and its design which is called to integrate in the space the idea of cubes in combination with the transparency. Last but not least, very important role has the maintenance of many industrial elements of the building in combination with the addition of new materials and textures used to complete the new idea and use that will house the building with respect always to its past.	el
