dc.description.abstractΗ πτυχιακή εργασία «Βιομηχανική περιοχή του Πειραιά» που ακολουθεί πραγματεύεται την αποτύπωση ενός μικρού μέρους από την βιομηχανική περιοχή του Πειραιά. Περιλαμβάνεται από δισέλιδα που περιγράφουν αρχιτεκτονικές δομές. Μέσα από τις δομές, μπορεί κάποιος να διακρίνει τις λεπτομέρειες των κατασκευών από τα εργοστάσια παραγωγής και τις αποθήκες, οι οποίες έχουν μια συγκεκριμένη ομοιότητα που χαρακτηρίζει την αρχιτεκτονική της βιομηχανικής αυτής ζώνης. Παρόλα αυτά διαφοροποιούνται ελάχιστα ως προς τα χρώματα, την υφή και την ταυτότητα τους.   Η εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε στο μεγάλο διάστημα της πανδημίας και του επερχόμενου lockdown, το οποίο είχε μεγάλη επιρροή στην ψυχολογική μου κατάσταση και συνεπώς στον τρόπο που προσέγγιζα τα γεγονότα. Το συναίσθημα της αποκοπής από την πραγματικότητα, την κανονικότητα και η αναζήτηση «ησυχίας» από την βαβούρα του αστικού περιβάλλοντος, με οδήγησαν στην περιοχή αυτή. Με την αφαιρετική διάθεση που επικρατεί κυρίως  στο πρώτο και βασικό μέρος της εργασίας και την έλλειψη ανθρώπινης παρουσίας, προσπαθώ να εντάξω τις εικόνες στο υποσυνείδητο (δηλαδή σε μια ψυχολογική κατάσταση). Αυτό, συσχετίζεται με τον όρο της αισθητικής «Liminal Space» (οριακός χώρος) και αποτελεί ένα σχόλιο μιας μετάβασης από την μια πραγματικότητα στην άλλη.el

dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe project "Industrial Area of Piraeus" that follows deals with the capture of a small part of the industrial area of Piraeus. It is included by two pages describing architectural structures. Through the structures, one can distinguish the details of the constructions from the production factories and the warehouses, which have a certain similarity that characterizes the architecture of this industrial zone. However, they differ little in terms of colors, texture and identity. The work took place during the long period of the pandemic and the upcoming lockdown, which had a major impact on my psychological state and therefore on the way I approached events. The feeling of being cut off from reality, regularity and the search for "peace" from the hustle and bustle of the urban environment, led me to this area. With the abstract mood that prevails mainly in the first and basic part of the work and the lack of human presence, I try to integrate the images in the subconscious (that is, in a psychological state). This is related to the aesthetic term "Liminal Space" and is a commentary on a transition from one reality to another.el
