dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως αντικείμενο μελέτης ένα ιστορικό διώροφο κτήριο, κατασκευασμένο από φέρουσα τοιχοποιία, το οποίο βρίσκεται στη πόλη της Ρόδου. Στόχος της εργασίας είναι η αποτίμηση της σεισμικής συμπεριφοράς του κτηρίου και η πρόταση επεμβάσεων για την ενίσχυσή του και την βελτίωση των μηχανικών χαρακτηριστικών των υλικών του. Για το σκοπό αυτό αρχικά, συλλέχθηκαν πληροφορίες σχετικά με τους τρόπους δόμησης και τα υλικά κατά την εποχή κατασκευής του κτηρίου. Ακολούθησε η φωτογραφική και σχεδιαστική τεκμηρίωση του κτιρίου και στη συνέχεια η εργασία διαρθρώθηκε σε κεφάλαια, ως εξής: Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια γενική περιγραφή της φέρουσας τοιχοποιίας και των μηχανικών χαρακτηριστικών της. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται συνοπτικά ο Κανονισμός για Αποτίμηση και Δομητικές Επεμβάσεις Τοιχοποιίας (ΚΑΔΕΤ) . Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο περιγράφονται τα ιστορικά και αρχιτεκτονικά χαρακτηριστικά του κτηρίου μελέτης - συνοδευόμενα με την αντίστοιχη φωτογραφική και σχεδιαστική τεκμηρίωση - η παθολογία του και στη συνέχεια ακολουθεί η αποτίμηση της σεισμικής συμπεριφοράς του με βάση τον ΚΑΔΕΤ. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο προτείνονται μέθοδοι δομητικών επεμβάσεων, βάσει των αποτελεσμάτων της ανάλυσης, σύμφωνα με τον ΚΑΔΕΤ. Στο πέμπτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο γίνεται συγκριτική αξιολόγηση των αποτελεσμάτων των μεθόδων ανάλυσης των Κανονιστικών Κειμένων για την Αποτίμηση Κτηρίων από Φέρουσα Τοιχοποιία και καταγράφονται τα αντίστοιχα συμπεράσματα που προκύπτουν για την αποτίμησης της σεισμικής συμπεριφοράς του κτηρίου μελέτης και των προτεινόμενων μεθόδων επεμβάσεων. Για το υπολογιστικό προσομοίωμα και την ανάλυση της κατασκευής χρησιμοποιήθηκε το λογισμικό 3DR.PESSOS 2022, της εταιρείας 3DR.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	The object of this study is a historic two-storey masonry building, located in the city of Rhodes.The aim of the work is the assessment of the building’s seismic behavior and the analysis and recommendation of interventions for its reinforcement and the improvement of its mechanical characteristics and its materials. For this purpose, information was initially collected on the construction methods and materials of the time of construction of the building. This was followed by the photographic and design documentation of the building and then the work was structured in chapters, as follows: The first chapter gives a general description of the masonry building and its mechanical characteristics. The second chapter briefly presents the Regulation for Valuation and Structural Interventions of Masonry (KADET). The third chapter describes the historical and architectural features of the study building with the corresponding photographic and design documentation, its pathology and then follows the assessment of its seismic behavior, according to KADET. In the fourth chapter, methods of structural interventions are proposed, based on the results of the analysis, according to KADET. In the fifth and last chapter, a comparative evaluation of the results of methods of analysis according to the Regulatory Texts for the assessment of masonry building is made and the corresponding conclusions that emerge about the evaluation of the seismic behavior of the study building are recorded. The 3DR.PESSOS 2022 software, from the company 3DR, was used for the computer simulation and the analysis of the construction.	el
