Αξιολόγηση της Ηχορύπανσης από Καταστήματα Υγειονομικού Ενδιαφέροντος στον Κεντρικό Τομέα Αθηνών στην Ελλάδα

| dc.description.abstract | Στη συγκεκριμένη έρευνα εξετάστηκε ο θόρυβος από καταστήματα υγειονομικού ενδιαφέροντος στην πόλη των Αθηνών στην Ελλάδα. Η μεθοδολογία της έρευνας βασίστηκε στην μέτρηση 50 καταστημάτων σε 12 σημεία. Οι μετρήσεις έγιναν με φορητό ηχόμετρο εντός των καταστημάτων όπου κυμαίνονταν από 130 dBA έως 78 dBA. Στην πρασιά οι μετρήσεις ήταν από 110 dBA έως 75 dBA, στο δώμα του καταστήματος 98 dBA, σε απόσταση 50 m από το κατάστημα οι μετρήσεις κυμαίνονταν από 120 dBA έως 75 dBA. Σε απόσταση 100 m από το κατάστημα 130 dBA έως 72 dBA. Επίσης έγιναν και μετρήσεις τις μεσημεριανές ώρες όταν τα καταστήματα δεν λειτουργούσαν οι τιμές ήταν από 112 dBA έως 84 dBA. Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της έρευνας φαίνεται ότι o θόρυβος βρίσκεται σε υψηλά επίπεδα, δεδομένου ότι το ανεκτό επίπεδο θορύβου βρίσκεται στα 60 dBA για τα καταστήματα υγειονομικού ενδιαφέροντος (Υ1γ/Γ.Π./οικ.47829/2017 (ΦΕΚ 2151/Β/23-6-2017). Οι τιμές του ήχου βρέθηκαν σε υψηλά επίπεδα, μείζον πρόβλημα για το κέντρο της Αθήνας που προκαλεί πληθώρα αρνητικών επιπτώσεων τόσο στους κατοίκους όσο και στο περιβάλλον. Τα αποτελέσματα ήταν ανησυχητικά διότι τα όρια του ήχου βάση της νομοθεσίας (60dBA) δεν τηρούνται. Γενικότερα, μέσα από την παρούσα μελέτη αναδεικνύεται ένα ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό πρόβλημα, χωρίς όμως να είναι απόλυτα εφικτό να διακριθούν τα επίπεδα θορύβου που παράγονται από τα καταστήματα υγειονομικού ενδιαφέροντος από τα επίπεδα θορύβου που παράγονται από λοιπές πηγές, όπως η κίνηση των οχημάτων στο δρόμο. Κρίνεται επομένως επιβεβλημένη η τήρηση της νομοθεσίας για τον περιορισμό του θορύβου που παράγεται από τα υγειονομικά καταστήματα, αλλά και γενικότερα για τη μείωση του θορύβου στην περιοχή των Αθηνών. | el |

| dc.description.abstracttranslated | In this particular research, the noise from health shops in the city of Athens in Greece was examined. The research methodology was based on measuring 50 stores at 12 points. Measurements were taken with a portable sound level meter inside the stores where they ranged from 130 dBA to 78 dBA. On the green the measurements were from 110 dBA to 75 dBA, on the shop roof 98 dBA, at a distance of 50 m from the shop the measurements ranged from 120 dBA to 75 dBA. At a distance of 100 m from the shop 130 dBA to 72 dBA. Measurements were also made during lunch hours when the shops were not operating and the values were from 112 dBA to 84 dBA. After the completion of the survey, it appears that noise is at high levels, given that the tolerable noise level is at 60 dBA for food and beverage outlets (Υ1γ/Γ.Π./οικ.47829/2017 (2151/Β/23-6-2017)). Sound levels were found to be at high levels, a major problem for the center of Athens that causes a multitude of negative effects on both residents and the environment. The measurements were made with a portable sound level meter inside the store, on the slope, on the roof of the store, 50 m from the store and 100m from the store. The results were worrying because the sound limits under the legislation (60 dBA) are not respected. More generally, the present study highlights a particularly important problem, but it is not entirely possible to distinguish the noise levels produced by health stores from the noise levels produced by other sources, such as the movement of vehicles on the road.
