dc.description.abstractΗ πτυχιακή εργασία πραγματεύεται την απεικόνιση στοιχείων σε κατάσταση φθοράς, πόνου και εγκατάλειψης κατά μήκος της λεωφόρου Αθηνών-Σουνίου, τα οποία αντιμετωπίζονται ως ξέπνοα πλάσματα. Με την απεικόνισή τους, από τη μια πλευρά παρουσιάζεται μια διαφορετική προσέγγιση της τοπιογραφίας του σύγχρονου ελληνικού τοπίου, μια ρήξη με την επικρατούσα αντίληψη του ενδεικτικού του ελληνικού τοπίου ως προϊόν τουριστικής κατανάλωσης. Από την άλλη πλευρά, παρουσιάζεται η προσέγγιση της καλλιτεχνικής φωτογραφίας ως αποδεικτικό επικείμενου θανάτου και θρήνος και ο τρόπος με τον οποίο η φωτογραφική πράξη μπορεί να αποτελέσει τεχνητή αναπνοή τόσο για τέτοιου είδους ξέπνοα πλάσματα, όσο και για τον ίδιο τον φωτογράφο.el

dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe thesis deals with the depiction of elements in a state of decay, pain and abandonment along Athens-Sounion Avenue, which are treated as exanimate subjects. With their depiction, on the one hand, a different approach to the topography of the modern Greek landscape is presented, a break with the prevailing perception of the indicative Greek landscape as a product for tourist consumption. On the other hand, it presents the approach of artistic photography as evidence of impending death and mourning, and the way in which the photographic act can be artificial respiration both for such exanimated subjects and for the photographer himself.el
