dc.description.abstract	Αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας θα αποτελέσει η μελέτη και αναδιαμόρφωση του κτίσματος Βίλλα Στέλλα, στο Νέο Ηράκλειο Αττικής. Η εργασία θα χωριστεί σε δύο βασικά μέρη, την θεωρητική μελέτη και την υλοποίηση της πρότασης. Μάλιστα, έχει ως στόχο την επανάχρηση της κατοικίας και του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος στο οποίο περιλαμβάνεται. Στο πρώτο μέρος γίνεται μια έρευνα που βασίζεται στην σχέση της κατοικίας με το εξωτερικό περιβάλλον, τους υπαίθριους και ημιυπαίθριους χώρους της. Στο δεύτερο μέρος, ακολουθεί μια ανάλυση της περιοχής του Νέου Ηρακλείου Αττικής, καθώς, επίσης, και του κτιρίου Βίλλα Στέλλα, ενώ στην συνέχεια αναπτύσσεται η σχεδιαστική του πρόταση. Στο πλαίσιο επανασχεδιασμού του κτίσματος θα διερευνηθεί η σχέση μεταξύ εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού χώρου, εμβαθύνοντας στα όρια που αποκτά ο ιδιωτικός (χώρος κατοικίας) με τον δημόσιο χώρο (γειτονία, πόλη).	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	The subject of this thesis will be the study and redesign of the building Villa Stella in Irakleio, Attica. The thesis will be divided into two main parts: the theoretical study and the implementation of the proposal. Its goal is the reuse of the residence and its natural surroundings. In the first part, research will be conducted based on the relationship between the residence and the external environment, including its outdoor and semi-outdoor spaces. In the second part, an analysis of the Irakleio area of Attica will follow, along with an examination of the Villa Stella building, and subsequently, the design proposal will be developed. Within the context of redesigning the building, the relationship between interior and exterior space will be investigated, delving into the boundaries that the private space (residence) acquires with the public space (neighborhood, city).	el
