dc.description.abstract	Στην παρακάτω εργασία αναφέρεται η σημαντικότητα του αναπνευστικού συστήματος και των λειτουργιών που παρέχει στον ανθρώπινο οργανισμό, αλλά το βασικό θέμα αφορά τις νεοπλασματικές νόσους που προσβάλλουν το σύστημα αυτό. Μελετώνται οι νεοπλασίες που εμφανίζει το αναπνευστικό σύστημα, τα επιδημιολογικά στοιχεία που επηρεάζουν και επηρεάζονται άμεσα από το περιβάλλον και τις συνήθειες του πολιτισμού της κάθε χώρας. Στη συνέχεια αναφέρονται και αναλύονται οι μέθοδοι διάγνωσης τους, παλιές και καινούριες και συγκρίνονται μεταξύ τους. Τέλος καταγράφονται οι πιο αξιόπιστες θεραπευτικές οδοί, στην συνέχεια οι νεότεροι τρόποι ίασης και καταπολέμησης των νεοπλασμάτων και επιπλέον γίνεται αναφορά σε κάποιες χρήσιμες κλινικές μελέτες που ακόμη είναι ενεργές.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	The following thesis discusses the importance of the respiratory system and the functions that provides to the human body. The main issue concerns the neoplastic diseases that affect this system. The neoplasms that appear in the respiratory system and the epidemiological data that affect and are directly influenced by the environment and the cultural habits of each country. Then the diagnostic methods, old and new, are mentions and also analyzed by being compared to each other. Finally, the most reliable treatments are listed. New ways of healing and fighting neoplastic diseases are referred to and also clinical and trial studies that they are still active are presented.	el
