dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα εργασία στοχεύει στη δημιουργία τηλεοπτικού animation spot με σκοπό την ενημέρωση των πολιτών για την Απογραφή Πληθυσμού-Κατοικιών 2021. Χρησιμοποιώντας τη γραφιστική γλώσσα και τις τεχνικές της κινούμενης εικόνας δημιούργησα ένα βίντεο ώστε να ενθαρρύνω τους πολίτες σε ενεργό συμμετοχή καθώς τα αποτελέσματα μιας Απογραφής είναι εξαιρετικά σημαντικά αφού αποτελούν κριτήριο για τους μελλοντικούς κοινωνικούς σχεδιασμούς, όσο και για τη διεξαγωγή άλλων ερευνών σε τομείς όπως της υγείας,παιδείας και εργασίας. Το animation αποτελεί την πλέον σύγχρονη έννοια της οπτικοακουστικής μετάδοσης ιδεών και μηνυμάτων. Σε αυτό οφείλεται ο συνδυασμός κινούμενων γραφικών με τον ήχο που συμβάλουν στην ευκολότερη κατανόηση του νοήματος μέσω της αμεσότητας στη μετάδοση του μηνύματος μεταξύ του πομπού και δέκτη. Παράλληλα η οπτικοποίηση μιας έννοιας όπως αυτή της Απογραφής κατά τη γνώμη μου αποτελεί πρόκληση καθώς στο κοινωνικό ιστό της χώρας συνδυάζονται γκάμες ανθρώπων και χαρακτηριστικών που αξίζει να διερευνηθούν και να παρουσιαστούν.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	The present thesis aims to create a television animation spot in order to inform the citizens about the 2021 Census of Population-Housing. Using the graphic design language and animation techniques I created a video to encourage citizens to actively participate as the results of a Census are extremely important as they are a criterion for future social planning, as well as for conducting other research in areas such as health, education and work. Animation is the most modern concept of audiovisual transmission of ideas and messages. This is due to the combination of motion graphics and sound that contribute to the easier understanding of the meaning through the immediacy in the transmission of the message between the transmitter and receiver. At the same time, the visualization of a concept such as that of the Census in my opinion is a challenge as the social fabric of the country combines a range of people and characteristics that are worth exploring and presenting.	el
