dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα εργασία αφορά την ανάπλαση του Δημοτικού Σταδίου Ορεστιάδας από την οποία θα προκύψει ένα σύγχρονο αθλητικό κέντρο με πολλές δραστηριότητες. Η εργασία αποτελείται από έξι κεφάλαια που περιγράφουν τα εξής: Αρχικά γίνεται αναφορά στην ιστορία της πόλης της Ορεστιάδας και κατ’ επέκταση στην ιστορία του υφιστάμενου σταδίου. Στην συνέχεια περιγράφεται η υπάρχουσα κατάσταση του σταδίου και ακολουθεί η αρχιτεκτονική πρόταση για την ανάπλασή του και η παρουσίαση του κτιριολογικού προγράμματος. Τέλος γίνεται αναφορά στα αναμενόμενα αποτελέσματα που θα επιφέρει η ανάπλαση του σταδίου στην πόλη και τους κατοίκους της.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	The following project is about the redevelopment of the Public Stadium of Orestiada that will be reformed into a modern athletic center for various activities. The project consists of six chapters that describe the followings: Firstly, a brief report is made about the history of the town, as well as the history of stadium itself. Following the report, the current state of the building is described followed by the architectural proposal for its redevelopment and the presentation of the building program. Lastly, the expected results from the redevelopment of the stadium are mentioned along with the effects it will have on the town and its citizens.	el
