dc.description.abstract	Η εργασία είναι δικαίωμα κάθε ανθρώπου, η οποία προστατεύεται από το Σύνταγμα. Η οικονομική κρίση στην Ελλάδα δημιούργησε τεράστια κοινωνικό-οικονομικά προβλήματα με μεγαλύτερο την ανεργία, η οποία εκτοξεύθηκε κυρίως στους νέους και στις γυναίκες. Στην παρούσα εργασία εξετάζεται κατά πόσο την περίοδο της οικονομικής κρίσης και της πανδημίας στην Ελλάδα, επηρεάστηκε, η ανεργία και ειδικότερα ποιες ήταν οι επιπτώσεις της στις γυναίκες, καθώς και το πόσο η ανισότητα μεταξύ των φύλων επηρεάζει τον γυναικείο πληθυσμό.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	One of the most crucial rights a person has under the democracy is the right to labor, which is protected by constitutional law. The financial crisis of Greece created major social problems, the most important of them being unemployment, that increased among the young people and women. In this paper we will try to examine how much the period of the financial crisis and Covid in Greece affected unemployment and more specifically what where the consequences of them to women, and how the inequality between genders affects the female population. Research is being conducted on what scale that affects industrial relations between women and men and how the problem of feminine unemployment can be faced,which will have a positive impact on society and family environment.	el
