dc.description.abstract	Η επιλογή ενός τύπου στεγάστρου για ένα υπάρχον ή για κάποιο νέο σύγχρονο στάδιο είναι μια πολύπλοκη διαδικασία κατά την οποία ο μηχανικός έρχεται αντιμέτωπος με ένα τεράστιο αριθμό σχεδιαστικών και λειτουργικών απαιτήσεων. Ο λόγος είναι ότι εκτός από την κάλυψη που παρέχει στους θεατές και πιθανόν και στον αγωνιστικό χώρο, διαμορφώνει και τη συνολική εμφάνιση του ίδιου του σταδίου. Στην παρούσα εργασία όλα τα στατικά μοντέλα που έχουν επιλεγεί αποτελούνται από μεταλλικούς φορείς στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος της κατασκευής τους αν όχι σε όλο. Έτσι, έχοντας το χάλυβα ως ίδιο υλικό για βάση, τα στέγαστρα δεν ελέγχονται ως προς αυτό, αλλά συγκρίνονται μεταξύ τους αρχιτεκτονικά και στατικά. Έπειτα αναλύονται ορισμένα χαρακτηριστικά και πλεονεκτήματα του παραμετρικού μοντέλου και του μοντέλου δομικών πληροφοριών για το σχεδιασμό μιας οροφής γηπέδου. Ολοκληρώνοντας βγαίνει το συμπέρασμα για το ποια είδη στεγάστρων είναι τα πιο συνηθισμένα ως προς την επιλογή τους και ποια από αυτά θα αποτελέσουν τις βάσεις σχεδιασμού για τις μελλοντικές κατασκευές.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	The choice of a type of roof for an existing or for a new modern stadium is a complex process in which the engineer is faced with a huge number of design and operational requirements. The reason is that except from the coverage, which provide to spectators and possibly on the field, it shapes the overall appearance of the stadium itself. In this dissertation all the static models that have been selected consist of metal carriers, if not all, in most of their construction. Thus, having steel as a common material, the canopies where described are not checked on it, but are compared at each other architecturally and statically. Then, some features and advantages of the parametric model and the structural information model are analyzed for the design of the stadium roof. Finally, a conclusion is drawn about which roof types are the most widespread in terms of their choice and which of them will be the basis for planning for future constructions.	el
