dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία θέτει ως στόχο την διερεύνηση της επίδρασης των μικροβιακών παραγόντων κατά τη διάρκεια της περιόδου της εγκυμοσύνης καθώς και τις πιθανές επιπλοκές, που ενδέχεται ανά περιπτώσεις να την συνοδεύουν. Σε ειδικότερο πλαίσιο, οι προαναφερθέντες στόχοι εμπεριέχουν την ανάλυση του ρόλου των μικροβίων, που διαδραματίζουν στην υγεία αφενός της μητέρας αφετέρου του εμβρύου, την εμπεριστατωμένη μελέτη της λειτουργίας του ανοσοποιητικού συστήματος κατά τη διάρκεια της περιόδου της εγκυμοσύνης, την αναγνώριση των παθογόνων μικροοργανισμών καθώς και τη μελέτη των μηχανισμών, οι οποίοι προκαλούν τις επιπλοκές. Στη συνέχεια παρατίθενται οι πιθανές προληπτικές και θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις. Τέλος, αναφέρεται ότι η συγκεκριμένη εργασία αποσκοπεί συνολικά στην βελτίωση όλων των πρακτικών, που σχετίζονται με την φροντίδα της εγκύου και την ασφάλεια του εμβρύου κατά τη διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης. H μεθοδολογία διερεύνησης και δομής του συγκεκριμένου πονήματος παραμένει η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	This thesis aims to investigate the effect of microbial agents during the pregnancy period as well as the possible implications that may accompany it in each case. In a more specific context, the above-mentioned objectives include the analysis of the role of microbes, which they play in the health of the mother on the one hand and the fetus on the other, the in-depth study of the function of the immune system during the period of pregnancy, the identification of pathogens microorganisms as well as the study of the mechanisms that cause the implications. Possible preventive and therapeutic approaches are listed below. Finally, it is stated that this specific work aims to improve all practices related to the care of the pregnant woman and the safety of the fetus during pregnancy. The methodology of investigation and structure of the specific pain remains the bibliographic review.	el
