dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα πτυχιακή έχει ως θέμα την εξέλιξη του βιβλίου, ξεκινώντας με μια ιστορική αναδρομή στην παραδοσιακή τυπογραφία και καταλήγοντας στην πιο σύγχρονη μορφή του βιβλίου, το ηλεκτρονικό βιβλίο (e-book). Αρχικά, γίνεται αναδρομή στην ιστορία του γραπτού λόγου, συνεχίζοντας με τις πρώτες προσπάθειες για παραγωγή έντυπου λόγου, την εφεύρεση της τυπογραφίας και την εξέλιξη της από την αρχή έως σήμερα όσον αφορά το βιβλίο. Παρουσιάζεται το πρώτο χειρόγραφο βιβλίο, το πρώτο έντυπο βιβλίο και το πρώτο ηλεκτρονικό βιβλίο. Αναλύεται η διαδικασία παραγωγής και έκδοσης τόσο του έντυπου βιβλίου όσο και του ηλεκτρονικού, παρατίθενται τα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα και των δύο. Επίσης παρουσιάζεται η τεχνολογία των ηλεκτρονικών βιβλίων και αναλύεται η χρήση αυτών. Η παρούσα εργασία έχει σκοπό να προβάλει τα οφέλη και των δύο μορφών βιβλίου έντυπου και ηλεκτρονικού και τη συνύπαρξη τους.	el

dc.description.abstracttranslated	This dissertation deals with the evolution of the book, starting with a historical review of traditional typography and ending with the most modern form of the book, the e-book. Initially, a review of the history of writing is made, continuing with the first attempts to print, the invention of typography and its evolution from the beginning to the present in terms of the book. The first hand-written book, the first printed book and the first electronic book are presented. The process of production and publication of both the printed book and the electronic one is analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of both are listed. The technology of e-books is also presented and their use is analyzed. The present work aims to highlight the benefits of both printed and electronic printed books and their coexistence.	el
