dc.description.abstract	Σκοπός της παρούσας Πτυχιακής Εργασίας είναι να μελετήσει την «Κινητικότητα στο Δημόσιο», εστιάζοντας στο θεσμικό πλαίσιο, στις επιπτώσεις που δημιουργεί στους ίδιους τους οργανισμούς του δημοσίου, αλλά και στους εργαζομένους, καθώς και στις καλές πρακτικές κινητικότητας που εφαρμόζονται ήδη σε άλλες χώρες της Ευρώπης και όχι μόνο. Όσον αφορά την μεθοδολογία που χρησιμοποιείται, στο πρώτο σκέλος της εργασίας λαμβάνει χώρα εκτενής βιβλιογραφική αναζήτηση σε επιστημονικά περιοδικά και άλλα συγγράμματα που αναφέρονται σε θέματα Δημόσιας Διοίκησης, καθώς και σε ζητήματα κινητικότητας στον Δημόσιο Τομέα.	el
